I only got a few rules, but they absolutely must be followed, or this will become friend's only:
1. Comment
You absolutely have to tell me if you are taking any of my icons. You don't necesssary have to tell which ones exactly, just tell me if you are taking any.
2. CREDIT!!!
Credit me when you use my icons, please!
3. Do not change any of my icons and claim it as yours!
This rule doesn't extend to bases. If you take any of my icons and then add something to it, do not claim the icon as your own!
4. No hotlinking!
Save the icons to your own server, please! I'd rather not have my bandwidth sucked dry, as Photobucket is rather notorious for low bandwidth.
